Pharmascience Youth Leadership Day

Not only are we committed to developing leaders within Pharmascience, we also offer leadership programs to our employees' children. This program has been so well received internally that we have recently extended it to our customers’ children, as well as to the less fortunate children in our community. During this special day, kids have the opportunity to take part in exciting workshops and meet inspiring public figures who inspire them to become future leaders. 

Morris Goodman Community Partnership Day




Every September, in honour of our founder Morris Goodman's birthday, Pharmascience employees have the opportunity to make a difference in our community by giving their time to an organization in need.



Pharmascience has been taking part in the annual Centraide campaign for the greater Montreal region for over 14 years. Our CEO David Goodman is a big supporter of Centraide and was co-leader of the Pharmaceutical division in 2013 where his goal was to not only drive our company, but all Pharma companies to donate to Centraide. Each year, Pharmascience employees surpass their donation goals and contribute to making our community a better place. Pharmascience remains the top donor in the Pharmaceutical division.

Giving back to the community is a big part of who we are at Pharmascience, that’s why we encourage our employees to volunteer their time.

Leave for Change

Leave for Change, in partnership with Uniterra, gives the opportunity to one employee each year, to travel abroad (all expenses paid) and apply their skills to an ongoing project in a developing country.




Rosalind Goodman Volunteer Action Program

Every year, we reward five employees for their volunteering efforts by donating $1,000 to the charity closest to their heart.  

Sports Teams Sponsorship Program

We offer a sponsorship of $250 every year to 20 of our employees or their children or grandchildren, who are involved with sports teams either as coaches or players.

Student Awards Program

The Student Awards Program provides five children or grandchildren of Pharmascience employees with a bursary to pursue their college (DEC technical programs) or university education.

Outward Bound

Every year, we send one of our employee’s children on an all-expenses-paid summer excursion with Outward Bound Canada.
